Fantasy-parody settings for the APH fansite I'm sharing with Yuri... T v T;;; (is rushing projects to make sure the site doesn't die and all that)

Will probably become a very long manga. If I don't die before that happens. =v=;;;

Alfred F. Jones wanted to become a hero. No wait, he already WAS a hero. He wanted to become a TRUE HERO. (yes there is a slight difference there)

But in the small town he lived in all was peaceful and there was no place for a hero, so he decided to go travelling, looking for, perhaps that chance for him to save the world! Or people! Or anything in general!

In his travels he comes across a village where (insert strange things that are not so serious and life threatening) was making the villagers very restless. They believed that whatever was happening had something to do with this very strong demon that was sealed in a sword in the nearby mountains. The seal was probably weakening and whatever was happening was the prelude to world destruction!

Alfred decides to help these poor people and travels to the mountains alone! Without, of course, asking how in the world he's supposed to help.

Upon seeing the sword said demon was supposed to be sealed in, Alfred then promptly pulls it out and breaks the seal.

... thankfully the world does not destroy itself.

Because it was a rumour. The world destruction bit, that is. The demon sealed in the sword was nevertheless a strong one, despite the fact that all he could do was grant the person who unsealed him one wish before returning to captivity.

"I want to be a hero!"

But the demon, Arthur Kirkland, has never granted a wish like that before, and so what follows was enough chaos to make the villagers wish that the world would destroy itself.

(insert chaos here)

In the end Alfred and Arthur both give up, and Alfred decides that a TRUE HERO must become one by himself without help from a demon.

So he goes on a journey to become a true hero!
... of course dragging Arthur with him by using his wish to grant him temporary freedom - "You'll come with me and decide when I've become a true hero, of course!"

And so the journey begins!
